The dentist wouldn't see me anymore because I missed one appointment due to my pregnancy. I had an apt scheduled & couldn't call to cancel because I was in the hospital with pregnancy complications. I called to reschedule and was told that they wouldn't be able to schedule me another apt because I was no longer a patient. I even kindly explained my situation, the secretary said would have to speak to the doctor and get back to me. No one ever called me back or anything. Terrible business practice. Dr. Smith is the best. He was thorough and caring. Very friendly staff.
I have been going here for over ten years, and now my three kids go as well. I have always had great experiences and would recommend to family and friends. (My kids ask regularly when they get to go again, honestly!)
The women there are awesome they make me feel at home and really and to take better care of my teeth and my daughter. I Can't wait to go back an see them again.
They are the BEST in the Cedar Valley!!! Will continue to go to my favorite dentist!!!
