Last week I stopped in to get fabric. I saw a used machine I was interested in. Even though it was a used machine and they were very busy, Niecy took time to show the features of the machine. Then, even though Chad was busy, he took time to check it over and clean it up. Thanks so much for the great service!
Nothing like a Janome sewing machines and all the sales people can help you and give you lessons, free if you buy their machine for the life of the machine. They have a great service Tech too, one of the best.
