Friendly folks who are always helpful. I purchased a used Janome Memory Craft 500E embroidery machine there and they give lessons on how to use and operate the machines bought from their store. They have a great selection of new machines. There are several different classes available to take. I really enjoy the Kimberbell embroidery class. Oh did I mention the beautiful selection of fabric? They took the time to help my sister select a fantastic well priced sewing machine. They did this by phone during this difficult pandemic times. Then they shipped it to her so she could continue to make masks for healthcare facilities in need.
