Robert was friendly and completely the kitchen faucet installation timely.
Edwards Plumbing has cost us hundreds in damages — twice — and refused to take responsibility. We hired Robert to install a standalone bathtub, and it’s been a disaster. The drain was installed wrong twice, causing hundreds of dollars in water damage and mold throughout the drywall in our home. Water started coming through the ceiling from under the tub and Robert blamed the gasket in the tub. Consumer Beware! Recently ended a 6 week NIGHTMARE dealing with Robert Edwards. I found him to be unethical, deceptive, greedy & mean-spirited. He installed a new water softener. A few days later, it leaked & Robert actually blamed me for intentionally loosening something to cause the leak. I told him to take the softener out but he refused.
