Edwards Plumbing has cost us hundreds in damages — twice — and refused to take responsibility. We hired Robert to install a standalone bathtub, and it’s been a disaster. The drain was installed wrong twice, causing hundreds of dollars in water damage and mold throughout the drywall in our home. Water started coming through the ceiling from under the tub and Robert blamed the gasket in the tub. Consumer Beware! Recently ended a 6 week NIGHTMARE dealing with Robert Edwards. I found him to be unethical, deceptive, greedy & mean-spirited. He installed a new water softener. A few days later, it leaked & Robert actually blamed me for intentionally loosening something to cause the leak. I told him to take the softener out but he refused. I actually had to stop payment on my check due to his charging almost twice as much as Spencer’s Appliances. When I told him that, he said too bad. He had a business to run. Robert was prompt and friendly during the work he performed. Pricing was as expected for a few hours notice request. Will have Edwards Plumbing on my list of service providers.
