One star is too generous. Edwards on 5th is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. Every single month, my rent amount changes with no explanation — and when I brought up a $50 error caused by their system, I was told “it doesn’t matter, you still have to pay it.” I pay $125 a month for a parking spot I can’t consistently use. At least once a month, I’m unable to park there for a week, and while they promise a small credit, it still costs me $75+ to find alternative parking. It’s a total scam. Management here is a joke. Took 40 minutes to get ahold of the office on Saturday even though their office hours are open until 4 pm, it was 1 when I started calling. Trying to get internet hooked up here is ridiculous. They finally answered and got me in contact with a maintenance person who told me he would be here in 15 minutes. This guy shows up over an hour later smelling like he just smoked a ton and tried to cover it up with cologne. I had a great experience with Leslie and Jen. Great location near Amazon and South Lake Union. Can't beat the low-priced studios too.
