Translation: Crown molding = black mold. High ceilings = normal 8 foot ceiling and no one installs a ceiling fan for within two years. New appliances = toilet and bathtub breaking. Great location = a bunch homeless people breaking in sleeping and doing drugs in the laundry room. People steal your packages. Responsive staff is none existent and charged you still after you turn in your keys and blow you off because management changed like three times since I lived there.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Such an unreliable management team. Scheduled a tour but couldn’t get hold of anyone once I was onsite. Called several numbers listed on multiple places but none of them get me to the person to talk about the tour, all directed me to the AI voice assistant saying “we value your time”. Do you really value my time when I made the trip all the way to the site for this particular tour but can’t get hold of anyone. One star is too generous. Edwards on 5th is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. Every single month, my rent amount changes with no explanation — and when I brought up a $50 error caused by their system, I was told “it doesn’t matter, you still have to pay it.” I pay $125 a month for a parking spot I can’t consistently use. At least once a month, I’m unable to park there for a week, and while they promise a small credit, it still costs me $75+ to find alternative parking. It’s a total scam.
