Estimate given for work to be done was over $400, then to settle the bill it was over $700. I give them two stars instead of one for politeness, but that's it. AMENDMENT: One of the managers called and set things straight. Happy to be acknowledged and appreciate the extra mile.
Scott the service manager and Ashley Gwinn were able to squeeze me in ahead of my scheduled oil change. They were both the kindest, most respectful employees I've encountered at a dealership. So happy we do business with them.
It was fantastic!! Both times I had to take it in. The work was done completely and the Xterra runs better than it did before.
Jeremy Piner was an excellent salesman.
All the staff were very friendly, they made the car buying experience easy. Only took a couple hours. When we left everyone referred to us by our names which was nice and welcoming! Marc, Maggie and Fatima were all great!
