After a test drive, I mentioned the rear brakes were making a grinding sound when applied. Dealer said he would make sure that was taken care of and it was. Also, he had found another issue he noticed while doing his own final test drive and repaired that as well. The car is very clean. The dealer was very helpful and a good listener. I am very pleased. I have already told several people about my good experience with this dealer.
