I would like to give special thanks to Erica in the Xray department for her extending to me the best customer service one could imagine. She not only addressed my concerns but went out of her way to provide feedback and results. Her follow -up the next day was a great experience not often seen in today's customer service. Baptist Medical Center South - Wound Care Clinic. I was treated very well, everyone was kind. Prior and during treatment I was not informed I would be receiving bills from 3 different sources for the same treatment: Baptist Health Wound Care Clinic, Emergency Resources Group, and Emergency Physicians, Inc. Also, be cautious with the staff, they will order you bandages without your authorization. I am very satisfied with my Dr here but trying to get a phone call to them is terrible. You wait on hold for at least 30 mins every time you call. You can NEVER talk to anyone in the office, only some 3rd party office answering the phones. Customer Service is terrible.
I had a great experience with dr Franco . Then suddenly I have had 5 appointments cancelled and I just get told the schedule has changed and they reschedule then cancel it again . It’s so frustrating.
This place does not rate a star. 9 months at least to see your cardiologist. way too big for any kind of personal care. the dollar rules. go somewhere else. you could drop dead from a heart attack waiting to see your cardiologist and all you'd get when you call is attitude.
I have always had a very good experience at Beaches Baptist. Doctors and nurses are great.
My appointment with Dr. Ron Landmann was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment he entered the room, he didn’t greet me or introduce himself. He just walked straight to the computer and began typing, completely ignoring me as a person. While he was typing, I quietly had my phone in my hand. Long story as short as possible. My WONDERFUL Rheumatologist, Teresa, retired. I have been taking 2 medications, Duloxetine since 1997 and Pregabalin since 2005. LILIAN OFALORA-ROJAS”, who in my opinion gives QUACKS a bad name, decided on our first meeting of “3” minutes that she’s no longer filling my Pregabalin AND reducing my Duloxetine.
