I went to Edwards Kia Service for my oil change on my 2025 Kia K5 and we had an oopsie happen but Laura, Brandon, BJ, and Janna made everything right!! These 4 people went above and beyond to make me happy! Edwards Kia Service is LUCKY to have them!! I Really HOPE THEY GET A SCOOTER TO TAKE HOME WITH THEM!! Thanks for visiting with me and making sure everything was done right!! I cant thank you enough!! Really hope you get those scooters cause you deserve them!!
LAURA IN SERVICE= BEST EVER!!! Previously had a poor experience with Edwards Kia after our Telluride purchase but the service experience with Laura has made me loyal to Kia. She is always friendly to speak with and remembers me every time I come in. If we have a problem service cannot fix, she has personal recommendations for my issues. She tries her best to qualify our issues under our warranty and I trust her when she tells me if something is not covered. She goes the extra mile.
