Awesome experience, takes good care of their customers, friendly, time efficient.
Came in for a simple oil change and transmission fluid change and was told it would be 2-2.5 hours. I waited for 4.5 hours for simple maintenance. Do not go to this service location.
Editing my original review after going through multiple instances which have completely destroyed my opinion of Edwards Kia. I think I was influenced by my own emotions at first, having just purchased my first car. That said, I do believe Kendrick was a great sales rep and wish him the best if he is still working there. I never felt pressured into making a decision and the sales department as a whole seem like decent people. The first grievance I have is with the finance department. The service team helped my daughter with a new tire. They were extremely helpful and friendly.
I purchased my vehicle March 8th 2025. On April 13th 2025 the drivers side window would not roll all the way up seemed to be off track. I called and made an appt. The lady on the phone stated they will look at it and tell you if they can fix it before they start work because it may not be covered under my limited warranty, understood. I get to my appt that was made two weeks later at 8am on 4/24/25 to be told that the diagnostic fee is $175.00 even if they cannot fix it because her guys have to get paid for "labor".
