I have brought my vehicle to Edwards Kia in Council Bluffs a couple of times now. The first visit was not too bad. They gave us a loaner car, which helped a lot, and they did fix the main issue we brought it in for, which was the A/C. We also had issues with the infotainment system, which was replaced, but the replacement downgraded the quality of the backup camera significantly. We were traveling from Utah and needed our car to be checked out. Lauri got us in same day, did a thorough check on our car and helped us know we were in good hands. I trusted her almost immediately because of her kind demeanor and her knowledge about my car. She seemed very much a like a team player and wanted to help me! I am so thankful for what Edwards Kia did for us as we head back home to Utah. Thank you!!
Awesome experience, takes good care of their customers, friendly, time efficient.
Came in for a simple oil change and transmission fluid change and was told it would be 2-2.5 hours. I waited for 4.5 hours for simple maintenance. Do not go to this service location.
Editing my original review after going through multiple instances which have completely destroyed my opinion of Edwards Kia. I think I was influenced by my own emotions at first, having just purchased my first car. That said, I do believe Kendrick was a great sales rep and wish him the best if he is still working there. I never felt pressured into making a decision and the sales department as a whole seem like decent people. The first grievance I have is with the finance department.
