I have brought my vehicle to Edwards Kia in Council Bluffs a couple of times now. The first visit was not too bad. They gave us a loaner car, which helped a lot, and they did fix the main issue we brought it in for, which was the A/C. We also had issues with the infotainment system, which was replaced, but the replacement downgraded the quality of the backup camera significantly.
