My family's been doing business with Edward for a long time he is retired now great jewelry shop
I took my best Movado watch into Edwards for a new battery. After scratching up the whole back trying without success to find the release spot on the case, they gave it back, saying they didn't have the right tools to work on it. I am SICK about it. Don't take your good watch there.
Sam is always there to help me with great ideas for gifts for my wife Kelly.
