Worst experience ever with a service center! They ended up making the issue worse and charged me for work they did that was faulty and incomplete. A total nightmare!!!
I got an oil change because I bought a brand new vehicle. When I took it into the service department to get my oil change, they damaged my vehicle. Justin Thies took me aside and apologized. He said that they feel really bad for the damage. I had prior damage from an accident. He said they would take care of all of it and do my alignment.
