Excellent experience. Edwards heating and cooling installed our whole house system 8 years ago, had our first issue on a 107 degree day, Jeff came out within hours of our call, on his day off, and had us up and running again in half hour. Highly recommend!
We wanted to convert our 3100 sq ft two story home from a very thirsty propane furnace and electric AC unit to a more efficient electric all in one system commonly referred to as a mini-split or heat pump. We received a few quotes and although Jeff wasn't the cheapest, after meeting him and walking under the house with him I knew he was the right choice. They saved our lives! Our home warranty service sent a company who did a horrible job, and after charging a huge amount of money (because the warranty service would not cover), the thing failed within 5 months, but would not fix the problem saying they only warranty parts for 10 days! I just did a google search and found Edwards Heating and Cooling, and the technician fixed the problem right away, and also told us that the other company should have given us at least 6 months warranty, but normally one year.
