They installed a geo system 2 years ago. Since then we have incurred a $700 bill for one month of electric because the system malfunctioned in less than 18 months. We were out of heat for a full month in Feburary 2016 while they tried new parts to fix it. The system is still not running correctly. They wired the third thermostat wrong so we cannot turn on our humidifier. We never received an invoice for the initial purchase. They did not register our serial number with Carrier so our serial # comes up as invalid. They stoppe... read more
They do not honor their warranty on their Geothermal installations, stuck with a $1000 dollar repair bill, that clearly should have been covered by warranty. Even with written proof of the warranty they are still billing me for the repair! I do not recommend for geothermal work or installation
I have had such exceptional service from Edwards Heating and Cooling! From diagnostics to replacement of my AC they truly care about their quality of work and ensure the client understands fully what the problem is and how their solution is the best! Mark is a fabulous communicator and his team today were respectful, polite, and thorough! Thank you so much!! Hooray we are cool!
