Stay away from here – What a pit!!! Only one salesperson was working. The place wreaked of stale cigarettes. There were no other customers there either and this was a weekend. It was so nauseating I couldn't get out fast enough! The salesman acted like a "mob boss" and lied about prices being the best around town. He should be a used car salesman in a junk yard! I'll never go back there again! Not ever! Fire the guy and put some class in that store!

WORST CARPET PLACE EVER!!!!! – My family and I walked in the door looking for carpet. There was one man there working. He was not very polite from the beginning. We proceeded to look at the different types of carpet and carpet samples. He threw a carpet sample at me from across the room. He told us we could not take any samples home that Edwards didn't do that anymore. We did then go to another location to see if we could get samples and we could. So, he lied. Stinky place – You walk into the main door and employees are sitting there with there feet on desks. Upon entering the warehouse room there is a large cloud of smoke. When saying to the employee I don't want new carpet that smells like smoke he leads you to a room with samples and just tells you they don't have anthing you want.
Over Priced & Inferior Install – Want to spend an exta 1.00-2.00 per sq.ft. for carpet? Want a below average quality install? Edwards Carpet is the perfect place for you
Will not install your carpet! – We lost $1,500 on Edward's Carpet and reported them to Better Business B. Better Business B. did not take action, as they provided wrong information to them. In fact, the manager told me that they don't care about Better Business B. and their opinion They consistently ignored our calls for installation, missed the crucial deadline (that was health related) and were unwilling to do anything. Very Unhappy – Had Edwards install over 2200 sq ft of carpet in entire house. EVERY seam in the house can be seen. And they say they can not fix it. The old carpeting was not that, but again the old carpeting was not installed by Edwards.
