They totally saved me! I couldn't find any One Direction cake decorations anywhere in Modesto. Edwards had everything I needed plus! Thank you! thank you! Next time I will go to Edwards first.
Only place I know you can get everything you need – I have shopped this store for years also. I have done all my family and friends wedding cakes for the past 10 years or more and have ordered everything from this store. The staff has always gone out of there way to help.I needed over 250 star shaped cookie cutters and Carol made sure I got them and on time. The Owner, Carol is the rudest! Worst service ever!!! – I have shopped at this store for years and they carry very unique items but if you are looking for great customer service do not look for it here. Rude Service and DEFFINATELY OVER PRICED! – I came across this site and realized that it wasn't just me... there are others who are not satisfied with this store and they seem to ignore the fact that they need nicer people up front!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FRONT DESK LADY! – I've been here 4 different times and all 4 times this Lady is completely rude. Not to mention other staff were short with their answers and also rude. Overpriced and bad service make for a bad experience – First three times I was there I chalked up their bad service as holiday stress. Now, I am way less patient with their rude staff. The other day I was in there and the younger brunette basically scolded another customer next to me who asked for Red Velvet Cake Mix. Wonderful service – I have shopped at this store a few times and have always found what I needed. I just went again yesterday and not only was I asked and shown what I needed. While checking out I was helped quickly and friendly. They also had a small child helping and he was not only friendly but sweet but when engaged in conversation with him he was informative but knew the topic well and had up to date information. Customer Service is seriously lacking – When I go to a place and the staff is grumpy, snooty, or gives poor customer service, I chalk it up to a bad day or a incompetent employee and won't hold a grudge. my own personal "CHEERS" – It saddens me to see some of these harsh reviews that are posted. I am fairly new to cake within the last 2 years. I started out by taking classes at Edwards and just fell in love with it! The teachers that they choose for their classes are wonderful. I have learned so much from them and had fun in the process.
