I spent 3k on a transmission rebuilt transmission. Took almost a month and multiple tries. So I'm not surprised that 2yrs later to very month, I now have another shop rebuilding my transmission. I paid top dollar to have the least amount of work done for my car. And since I walked home from different trans shop today. I feel like I got scammed or took it to an incompetent shop originally.

I needed to find a transmission shop in the area and saw their high ratings online so I decided to call. I was not disappointed. Paul at Edwards went over and beyond to make sure he made right, originally went in for a rear end noise and under further inspection they replaced transfer case after receiving truck back I heard the same noise that I brought it in for the first time, so I brought it back and we test drive it... we both heard the same noise and they fixed the rearend on the house to make sure I was happy because it was the same noise I originally heard. 5 Stars! I've been taking my car to someone else who was telling me nothing was wrong. Turns out there WAS something. Edwards's Automotive found all the problems and fixed them. The customer service is excellent! This is definitely where I will take my car from now on!

I drive a truck over the road and had some issues driving from Chicago to South Carolina. I took my truck into Edwards they knew exactly what needed to be done they even stayed an hour after close to make sure my truck was finished and safe to drive at an affordable price! Took my Dodge Durango there for a radiator replacement and the people there seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Pricing was very comparable to a couple other alternatives. In the end I chose them and they got my vehicle turned around very quickly. I chose them because my aging father always takes his vehicle there and they are very helpful to him and have suggested very cheap repairs instead of taking care of an obvious easy target.
