Very good work quality and excellent service. Every step was discussed before proceeding. Update (2025): Came back recently to fix my chain and once again had an excellent experience : they were very honest and fair — they explained that repairing it would cost more and might not last long because of where it was broken. Instead, they offered me a replacement of the same size and weight for less. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
