I was really torn about where to get my ring resized because I was nervous it might be done poorly. I considered going to a big chain like Peoples, but I liked the reps here, so I decided to come. The shop is beautiful, peaceful, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!
Came to this place to get a family heirloom watch’s battery replaced and polished/cleaned up as it had good reviews. Woman at the counter was exceptionally unhelpful and refused to polish it (instead just tried to upsell a new band), and also said that they would be unable to put it in a watch box. Customer service was generally very bad so I decided to go somewhere else
My mother dealt with them for years. She bought a ring there for my Birthday when I was a teen. Always a positive experience there. I was in the community for 50yrs.
To work with the jewellers at Edwards and Davies is to understand what true professionalism is like. They don’t service your watches on-site so will never have insight w regards to it and will feel frustrated when you inquire. They also ruined the leather strap on my grandfathers watch we got in the 1960s. Find another store that values you and your belongings.
