I took my expensive watch to them to have the battery replaced as it indicated that I had only a week's worth of power left (it was still running). I waited for 15 minutes there and he hands me my watch back - dead. He said that "somehow" the internal mechanism was damaged and that the watch was broken and would cost $35 to fix!
