Dr. Edward Wang is one of my most admired physicians. He is academically knowledgeable and responsible to his patients. Every time I visited him, beside carefully check my prostate, he also examine my body with a stethoscope. Especially he recently made a prostate biopsy for me. Worst experience with a healthcare provider. Business value is disgusting. Patient care and empathy is also horrible. Brought my father in at an agreed appointment time. Office was not even opened and the staff lied about rescheduling us when there were no notice or communication. Staff and doctor belittled my elderly father because he did not speak English. He listened carefully and answered all my questions, helped me get the tests I need. Glad I got to see Dr. Wang!
Completely unreliable. He just stood me up for an appointment with no explanation and didn’t even contact his receptionist.
Horrible service. My mom is not 100%fluent in English. She made sure to tell the dr. She was not understanding everything he was saying. Dr asked one of his assistants to translate. The assistant told my mom she was busy and had other things to do so to bring her own interpreter next time because they don’t have time to translate in a rude way and with attitude. Dr was pretty polite his team is the one with the problem. They should not treat patients that way. He needs new polite staff.
Dr.Wang cared and gave good advices to have healthier lifestyle. He is really good surgeon. I got phimomis and he cured me!
