Ruined a woman that I work withs hair! A woman I work with went here recently... I felt so bad for her when I saw what they did to her hair! Sha had been growing her bangs out for a year and wanted to keep them long. They did not listen to her and gave her bangs. She was in tears when she was telling us about it later. The stylest said she was going to give her a few layers to frame her face a bit... There was no framing, but blunt bangs.
