No one in the office knows what the other person is doing. I have tried for 3 weeks to get a surgery scheduled and I am still waiting. Insurance says Dr. Song just needs to call them to verify if it needs to be in pt. Or out pt. I call the team phone of Dr . Song, the surgery scheduler and the office manager daily. The first 2 say it is up to Dr. Song, to get ahold of insurance and the office manager won’t call me back. I like Dr .
