Dr. Humbert and the other Dr's in this office are simply the best in bone problems along with Dr. Melendez in pain management are at the top of there game.
I wouldn’t even give him 1 star. He did my hip replacement and when I was in more pain as soon as I woke up he dismissed my pain. Told me I’d need a knee replacement or it’s my back. Well, after 3 years of suffering I had a revision no more pain but the damage he caused is unbelievable. Sadly I’m not the only one I’m finding out.
Let me start off with how wonderful Dr. Humbert and his direct staff. I can't say enough good things about them. Unfortunately his billing department is operated by a rogue unprofessional billing representative. Upcoding and Unbundling issues which may have been an honest mistake but the nasty attitude demonstarated by the representative was unwarranted. Dr. Humbert performed my Total Hip Replacement, and the entire experience—from my initial consultation through my post‑operative follow‑up—was exceptional. Dr Humbert used to be a compassionate person, but no more. He is callous and purposely cruel. He causes significant pain when it’s completely unnecessary during an exam. He does whatever he thinks is necessary to mistreat anyone he decides he doesn’t want to help, rather than be straightforward or honest and simply say he’s not interested. I had a knee replacement done by him years ago. When I needed a hip replacement and was examined by him, I would not have been able to tell he was the same person had I not already known. ... read more
