Dr. Joseph is the best family doctor I have ever had in my life, I've been with her for 8 years, she is amazing. She truly cares about me, not rushing, spends time needed to get to the root of a problem; she is very smart and knows a lot about prebiotics, probiotics and supplements, listens and asks questions, and always thinking of ideas and working with specialists as needed.
He is very nice and takes his time talking to you about what needs to be done and what u should do he did my surgery on my ankle

1st time I was seen by jose I was impressed. He sounded knowledgeable and know what he was talking about. I googled everything he told me. He was right on the money even on the testing/Radiology exam. Even had a suspicion of what I have had before the testing. He's my doc for now on and my Google MD. Another great thing for what I call a small convenience fee they take your blood there too if needed. Of course its your choice. It saved me time from getting off of work. Was so glad to have found Dr. Clarke, totally professional Doctor, and office staff. He is a Doctor who really listens to you, and has your best interest at heart. Safe location, plenty of free parking at the garage, his office is well run, immaculately clean and friendly and courteous staff.
When I first contacted their scheduling department, the staff was very friendly and patient. Then there was an issue with my husband's referral and then the appointment was rescheduled. Due to a family emergency, we needed to reschedule, and the young lady that answered the phone was rude, impatient, and difficult to deal with. She has no business answering the phones when she has such an attitude problem! She continued to place me on hold for long periods of time and had no manners. I give Dr Hipp 5 Stars. My initial consultation was in late January. He was wonderful and comforting during the initial consultation I had concerning the upcoming surgery being done in early Feb.. My major problem is the billing department. I paid upfront for the initial consultation and when my insurance company was billed they paid it also.
