I do not recommend this doctor at all because he’s not very nice and he’s not patient either. I also don’t recommend him because the staff and the receptionists are very mean and rude. I just called this office trying to se up an appointment to see the doctor. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to make appointment she started looking into my pharmacy records to see medications questioning my refills and prescription. Mine you it’s for totally doctors. I've been trying to get an appt with him for over a year and every single time I go it was either the office rescheduled and didn't tell me so I show up but the Dr isn't there, or the appt just gets moved. I'm choosing to pursue another provider now.

I would give them a 0 if it was possible. The one in charge doesn’t seem to be Dr.Pineles, it’s the nurse named Izabella. She’s the call attendant. I kept calling for my medical records for her to yell at me saying call me back later and etc for her to tell me in the end that ‘my medical records are lost because they had a flood and fire’. I am fully disappointed with this doctor’s service. The communication skill of the attendant of this doctor is disgusting and very poor. I have several communications with this attendant for the last one month for a refill of a medicine. She asked the same thing several times. I have provided her accordingly but didn’t give me the refill. I am suggesting not to go for there.
