Dr. Rhee is a wonderful doctor. He is very personable and took the time to go over my history and symptoms. A great feature of this office is the ability to book appointments online. It’s difficult to get time off from work; so it’s very convenient to look online available dates and times to work with my schedule. The staff was friendly and I was called within minutes of my appointment time. Overall a great experience.
My feedback is that I never get answers to why my ears are clogged at ENT Allergy. Nice doctors but the law of the instrument applies, and in this case, the 'hammer' is a hearing test. I cannot hear when my ears are clogged. So why take a hearing test or get a hearing aid? Tinnitus prevents accurate hearing test. But round and round I go.
