I am completely disgusted with the total lack of professionalism shown by Dr. Perez. I had an appointment today at 8am and was told to arrive no later than 15 min ahead of time. I arrived ahead of schedule at 7:30 to an office with no lights on. I sat outside the office assuming it would open at 7:45 as I was told, with three other patients until 8:02 am when the office doors were finally opened.
