Terrible, be extremely cautious when using this guy. He missed a MAJOR variance and now we are stuck with a huge bill to fix it. We probably wouldn’t have bought the house if he would have done his job but he was lazy and it is costing us a lot of money. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone! If there were a no-star rating, he would get it. Be warned.
