Dr. Ott is the only doctor since I have been in mobile who actually knocks on the door before entering the room with the patient. Thanks. I was wondering if the other docs in mobile did not learn bedside manners.
Dr Otts and his team were great to work with. They were able to get me set up with my FMLA, and gave clear instructions pre and post surgery. I was back to work (light duty) in 4 days. I would most definitely recommend Dr Otts from my personal experience.
His bedside manners, his meet and greet. He spoke directly to me he didn't stand back afraid to touch. He ordered the tests needed and explained talking directly to me not at me. He's kind and caring. There are not many like him anymore. Thanks Dr. Otts
DR. Otts was not only professional but he went above and beyond to help our family understand the surgery. Very kind! Good at what he does. A wonderful blessing.
