I don’t write lots of reviews. However, this is one I’m happy to write, as it is well deserved. As a nurse of many years, in addition to my experiences as a patient, I’ve encountered quite a number of physicians. Dr Otts is a delight. He treated me like I was his only concern and never seemed hurried. He not only explained my issue and the planned surgical correction. Dr. Otts is a great surgeon and very caring! He takes time and explains everything to his patients! My nephew, William Howell had surgery and Dr. Otts did an excellent surgery!!!
From diagnosis to post op office follow-up, I was in good hands. At 70 years old, my 1st surgery, made comfortable by Dr. Otts , nurses and staff. I was unable to lift my 3 grandsons due to umbilical hernia. Has been 2 1/2 weeks, feeling stronger every day. I thank everyone so very much
