Palemero’s office, without success due to the disorganization of the administrative staff. Initially, I called to request an appointment and was informed that I needed a referral from my primary care physician. Not very good, gave me an appointment time 8:30pm for a sleep study, 9:30pm hour later still have me sitting around nothing done and when i asked why have me in 8:30pm pm. They told me that was the politics of the office and just asked me to wait. I simply asked why not they said thats how,it is. Might take another hour. I'm leaving dr mezerhane is terrible service, they told me they have till 11pm to connect all the cables. Definatelly not a place to go!
Dr. Mezerhane was excellent. Very warm and patient. No waiting m, my appointment was at 10. I was called into the office on time. Great office!
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Edward From the moment I walked into the office, everything was absolutely excellent. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. Dr took the time to provide very thorough and detailed explanations about my condition and treatment options.
