First visit to the new doctor always brings some anxiety, especially for someone coming from different state and different healthcare organization. I found this practice very welcoming and friendly. Doctor Hoffman and nursing staff were very helpful in calming newcomer anxiety. Knowledgeable staff and friendly atmosphere is all that patient like myself may need. You did a great job. The Richmond Hill office staff is very personable, I don’t even have to tell Niki my name. Always pleasant with greetings and conversation. I know they have an extremely difficult job keeping that momentum going with every negative attitude that enters the building so please consider this as reviews are read. Just a great all-around doctor. he answers all of your questions and doesn’t try to hurry you.
My husband and I have been going to him for years. He is always accurate and informative in his diagnosis. We enjoy the fact that he is direct and to the point.
I would not recommend Dr. Hoffman to anyone who wants their doctor to spend time with them during appointments and really listen to what they have to say. Dr. Hoffman has rushed through multiple appointments and does not communicate effectively.
