He was amazing with my husband. Spent tons of time with us. He went above and beyond and called his neurosurgeon to get more info. Would highly recommend! I can’t believe the negative reviews it’s like a different doctor.
After many different tests the Dr had me look at two different images and pick the one that was clearer. They both looked exactly the same to me. He kept persisting that one HAD to look different and I repeatedly stated I could not see any difference. Finally he said if I ever wanted to leave his office that day, I needed to pick one!! He was very threatening and unkind. I was there because I had double vision. He did not help at all and he was rude and nasty. There are many other drs to choose….stay away from him!!
I saw Dr. Cohn for problems with Vision from A 6/2018 motor vehicle Rearend Accident. He Questioned me about what was wrong ? Whom scripted mt to him, rightfully so. He wrote my problem was from motor vehicle Accidents. He and my regular Brain Injury Doc - agree see in 6 months to be retested on Dr. Cohn called the Train Test,to see if improved more. An expert in his field, responsive, caring and empathic
I’m a really easy-going type of patient and I’ve never left a review for a doctor before. But never in my life have I been so dismissed and disrespected by a healthcare professional. He refused to listen to any concern that I had, regularly interrupting me to make rude remarks about my weight, my health history, or the fact that my phone was sitting on my lap (it was off and faced down). He has arthritis, so he jabs your eye with the tip of the eye dropper and the glaucoma test.
I had awful experience with this man. He argued my diagnosis. I had operative reports and 4 Dr's telling me I have IIH. He tried to pass it off as migraines. He felt I don't need a Transverse Sinus Stenting operation. If left untreated severe things could happen. I urge you never to see this Dr. He has shaky hands as well. Office is 1975 area. And exam room 1950. No updates or modern technology.
Doctor was very nice and I am certain any one that states otherwise had to of had a personality conflict. He took his time & urged me to ask questions. His equipment was older so perhaps some were not happy from that. I'm not SURE BUT THIS DOCTOR WAS KIND & bad reviews on him are not correct. I felt bad reading his bad reviews He does not deserve them he is a good guy.

I don't feel as though Dr. Cohn cares about you as a patient at all. I went in for issues I was having with my vision. During my visits he didn't communicate anything to me at all then sent a letter which I received weeks later with a "diagnosis". Would have been nice to be able to talk about my concerns when I was there. I asked him to write a prescription for me when I was there for my glasses and contacts. He's now wrote the prescription incorrectly 3 times. Bad bedside manner as well.
