Dr. Lin’s dedication to his years-long practice and the community is admirable. I am grateful for his expertise and professionalism since my first appointment half a lifetime ago. The current receptionist, Annie, is wonderful, diligent, and well-mannered even towards the worst patients — I can attest to that. While seemingly efficient at her work, I think she can benefit from a second monitor, a new mouse, and a large mousepad. I was born and raised in Canada; not to mention older, but I have never ever experienced what this office did to me before. A specialist refuses a patient. That's saying, I'm not going to help you, and I don't care. A very rude and dizzy (unqualified) receptionist. What happened to the Canadian medical system? THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH. SHAMEFUL.
