Always so patient, listens, & is thoughtful & caring in his approach
Dr. Lin. Is Very knowledgeable and wise. He listens carefully and comes up with correct directions and instructions for treatment. His assistant was polite and friendly. Front desk ladies friendly and polit. Also Rating 5 star to nurse /assistant who Gave me injection. She did a wonderful job. I did not feel needle stink . Thank you all for your patience and hard-work.
Dr Lin is excellent he explains everything clearly, listens patiently, and provides his thoughts and recommendations on specifics, highly recommend!
I recently noticed that the times for my medication were changed without my knowledge, which was quite frustrating. I sent them a message to request that the schedule be switched back to the original times I was used to and they just told me that I could take it the same way, even though the bottle said something else. Didn’t make sense.
Very happy and satisfied with the care Dr. Lin. He's very thorough. He calls and follows up after seeing me.
