I have been a patient for a couple of years and have nothing but praise for him and his office team. Dr Tsi truly cares about his patients which is why I recommend him to all of my acquaintances. His staff is always cheerful and accommodating.
I've been seeing Dr. Tsai for over 3 years trying in an attempt to diagnose a health issue(s) that's been eluding him and other specialists he's recommended. Also and he's stayed with me in an attempt to find the cause of my health issue(s), and has been the focal point for my LTD company, including filling out paperwork for the insurrers at no extra charge, which is a rarity nowadays. His staff are kind and courtious and I now know everyone by their first name. A good experience overall.
