My husband and I started going to his office last year, and we found Dr. Tsai as someone who really care about his patients health and concerns. It’s rare to find a doctor who is willing to listen and take care of their patients health problems. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good doctor.

We are very pleased with Dr Tsai he goes above and beyond for his patients. He is caring and compassionate. Well educated and helpful.
I've spent my life in Las Vegas. It has been extremely hard to find a good doctor who cares, treats you with respect, and actually listenes to you during every appointment. Which is why if there is a rare wait at Dr. Tsia's office I understand why. This is no doubt he best Dr in town. Appointments are easy to make he doesn't make you wait 2 months either. He is always kind, never talks to you like a child or a inconvenient part of his day. I'm so lucky my husband found him for us.
I've been going here for a year and the doctor still asks me all the same basic questions like it's the first time he's met me even though I have been there at least 8 times the past year. He doesn't have a clue what he is doing when prescribing medications as he would ask me what I thought about the prescription. Front office staff completely inept and overcharge, saying you owe more than the copay for the visit. Won't refill meds if you call the reception.
Excellent! Saved my life! Thank you Dr Tsai. Seriously Dr Tsai discovered I had a heart attack , ended up with 5 artery bypass in California Hoag hospital, 15 years with him and I would see no other family DR.
I have been seeing dr. Sy for over 6 years now and have been well pleased with his practice. Dr. Tsai has always been very kind, cordial, and becomes involved with my overall health. I would recommend Dr. Tsai for anything that pertains to Family Health as well as opiate addictions. Further his staff is always kind and helpful in assisting with appointments that fit your schedule. And the overall nursing duties required of them. They are quick to help when there are problems with insurance.
