I don't feel comfortable leaving my child as I can't go in the back with them! So I asked just if I'm allowed to speak with my child just make sure he is numbed and was told no.! To go to an adult office how can anyone leave their child with strangers and not meet them or anything before fact you can't go with them I think it's really werid
The dentist is good, but the receptionist that do everything behind the scenes ruin everything. They do not relay messages, they are rude and uncaring. They don’t respond to emergency’s with any urgency. They have no empathy or care for your child whatsoever. Would NEVER go back for this alone. Such a shame because the actual dentists are good.
This practice and all the Dr's are amazing Staff Amazing with the little kids! They play psychology with the kids to make sure they are NOT scared of dentist! Look at the balloon while I take that Plaque!
