It's unfortunate that when I I sought his help for converting my simple IRA into my Roth I did not get the full information and process that I needed... So I got quite the surprise at tax time.... When he finished doing the conversion he never even emailed or called me to say it was done.... no courtesy follow-up from him to assure me everything was on track , or to tell me that there was still other pieces that needed to be taken care of.
