I highly recommend Ian. He takes the time to fully understand your financial goals and explains how he can help you reach them in language that you can understand.
Ian has been my advisor for over 3 years. I am a retired CPA that depends on my investment income to live but do not deal with investments. Ian has done an outstanding job of understanding my individual needs, then following up when situations change. During the COVID-19 investment disaster, he had bi-weekly conference calls to help his clients understand what was happening. Ian had me positioned( and I assume his other clients) so I did not lose to the same degree the stock market declined.
