This is in response to John Brooks, a person who knows nothing about being a good customer. I've known Dan for 25 years and he is extremely professional. What Mr. Brooks is saying is nothing more than a lie and is just trying to smear a person who has given great customer service for years and years.
From a 30+ year, 3rd generation family customer... our experience working with this branch was satisfactory until Mr. Large announced he was retiring. The handoff to a new CFP was handled poorly from A to Z. I am Deaf and Mr. Large did not communicate this with the new CFP. I sent a polite email to both Mr. Large and the incoming CFP expressing my individual concerns. The CFP replied and was remorseful about the incidents that had driven my concerns.
