Superb Color Specialists!!! – I love this place! After frequenting several of Miami's snooty upscale salons and paying through the nose for the experience, I have come to call Edward James my home for exceptional haircare. Jim does a fabulous job on color and cut. His client consultations are thoughtful and thorough; he really listens to you and seeks to satisfy. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. No one seems uptight or snobbish. Definitely a salon worth patronizing!
Horrible Up do experience – I came in for an up do and walked out with my long hair,straight down with a few strands picked up in a rubber band. I could have done that myself in one minute. I was very specific about what I wanted, which was a simple bun. The hairstylist wasn't even happy with what she did and offered to put a flower in my hair. I was supposed to pay $50 and the receptionist, without me saying a word, reduced the price to $30. I came in with sufficient time (she played with my hair 2 hours) and left late to m... read more
THE Salon that you HAVE TO EXPERIENCE!!! – Yesterday I went to this salon and got highlights and a haircut. WOW! What an experience! This morning, 3 women came up to me and actually touched my hair, and commented on how GREAT the cut and the color was! I smiled and said "Thanks". It was so APPARENT that they were going GA-GA over my hair! What a wonderful feeling. Then one of them noticed that my skin had this FRESH glow to it. Very Happy – I left with a great haicut that makes me look 10 years younger! Much more than I expected and the price was reasonable too. They do exceptional work here and consult with you to make sure you'll like your finished look. I love mine!
