It's actually a long story but will give you the cliff notes. I used the Boynton location 5 years ago and no issues with the procedure, but the help and assistants were not good. Talked to some of my friends now and funny thing is they thought the same thing. Terrible follow-up and they just didn't care. Today was a day when grief for myself and my mother was covered up with a smile. A week after the burial of my mother, my body has collapsed with exhaustion from caregiving. And, like so many caregivers my health became compromised after months ( and years) of being responsible for the parent I so loved. I have had my hands and thumb treated by Portia twice in the past two years. i have always found her to be professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. She is a true professional.
Provider lacks empathy, I think she should reevaluate herself before judging her patients. Communication and compassion are severely lacking. The providers depth of knowledge should also be called into question. I wouldn't recommend this provider.
I'm reading all of these raving reviews about this awful place and it makes me wonder if we are on the same planet. The staff at this facility are so mean and nasty and vindictive and uncaring about the physical condition of the elderly that they are pros at damaging us before we even walk through the door. I had the worst medical experience of my life with them, in collusion with the SEES eye clinic just down the road. This provider should not be practicing medicine. Provider had absolutely no communication skills, and acts like it is a pain to do even the most basic tasks. I was never placed on the exam table for a full physical. Provider refused to fill alot of medications I had been stable on for years, she does not care about the physical or psychological harm, that may be inflicted by her new age brainwashed medical philosophy. I wouldn't let my horse be seen by this Provider, let alone a child or adult.
10 / 10! The facility is clean & up to date, the staff is professional & friendly. I've had a great experience with this facility & would not hesitate to go back or refer a friend or family member.
I visited ER and stayed overnight on Cardiac unit, just want to give "Big Thank You!" to everyone for taking great care of me.
