Was supposed to have an appointment today as a new patient. Was told my appointment was cancelled because I was 6 minutes beyond their "rules". This was on a day with inclement weather so give me a break, a little grace period should be given. Front desk states they provide the disclaimer but I never received one. You can't tell me the doc was able to get someone else in my slot that quickly. I became a patient when my previous PCP joined a concierge practice. I made many calls about 8 years ago to find a doc taking new Medicare patients. I really knew nothing about Dr Ho, just that I could finally get an appointment. So glad I did. He is the most thorough doc I’ve ever had. He takes the time to ask questions and to listen. I can highly recommend him and his PA Kelcy.

Not sure if he's a good physician or not, but their front office team doesn't seem to be trained very well. I called to become a new patient and they said it would be "sometime later in the year" when they would accept new people and then they asked if my parents were patients. If they were, I could get in faster? Doesn't seem fair to normal people seeking care. Whatever.
