How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? No

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? No, I was completely unprepared After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Kind of. I still wasn't convinced

I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I would not return to this practitioner, even if I could find no alternative. They didn't volunteer anything about my treatment options; I had to ask repeatedly, and did not believe I had the risks and benefits fully explained to me. I left feeling frightened and frustrated.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Dr Washington is careful & gentle with his adjustments. He really takes time to figure out what will work best. His office staff are very friendly, too. I highly recommend Dr. Washington.
