When we arrived at our appointment this morning were told they have a new policy. Apparently they have new equipment that allows them to see the periphery of your eye without dilation BUT insurance won’t pay for it and they won’t do an exam (even on kids) without either paying a $30 fee or doing dilation. It would have been nice to have been informed of this new policy prior to arriving for our visit. Amazing that you can call me 9! times to confirm our appointment but you can’t send me a notification of your new policies. D... read more
Love going here. The staff is extremely helpful and super sweet. Dr. Walton is awesome. She is so very nice and easy to talk to. I have RK from the 90's and she's be great helping me find contacts that fit and are comfortable.

For the first time in almost 10 years I actually enjoyed an eye appointment. The office in Federal Way is staffed with wonderful people; from the greeting at the front of the office to the scary seat in back. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Hontz and have already recommended her to my co-workers and neighbors!
