I had a positive experience with Dr. Ghattas; he was kind, though the visit felt rushed. However, I have significant concerns about the billing department. I was charged for a 'comprehensive' visit despite spending less than 10 minutes with the doctor, as he asked me to complete labs and return for a follow-up to go over the results and have a comprehensive exam at that time. Dr Ghattas is a rare doctor and actually cares about his patients truly. As well his office staff have the same morals and desire to treat patients as people. It is wonderful to deal with this office in times of need.
He’s always pleasant and listens to any concerns you have.
