Intake was great. Had early appt and still waited a long time to be seen. Thought it was odd that doc never really looked at me while he was speaking to me. Will see how followup goes.
Dr. Fitzpatrick has assessed me & I have had 2 pairs now of orthotics from him, going back to 2011. This latest pair was wrong, so I called the office, was reassesed & the new pair, so far, seems right. Nice to not have the arch pain! It can change your personality! Thank you, Dr. Fitzpatrick! Too bad though that the Solo company charges another $70 for an adjustment on top of the original cost.

Dr. Fitzpatrick and his staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Before jumping to surgery the doctor offered suggestions about shoes and treating my foot pain. The eventual lapiplasty was not nearly the horrible experience I had heard rumors about. Ann in his office was diligent in completing paperwork for my disability time and FMLA. I truly appreciate all the doctor and his staff for my treatment. I highly recommend them.
