Fantastic care, kind people, and great bedside manner. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Very long hold times on the phone, and you need to schedule appointments well in advance.

I was running 5 minutes late for my appointment so I called 15 minutes ahead to give them a heads up. The receptionist abruptly told me that if I was 15 minutes late my appointment would be canceled. So I got there in time only to be told the doctor had to leave and I needed to reschedule. I was disappointed that I did not receive the same courtesy phone call or even acknowledgement when I contacted them 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I’m a new patient and the way I was treated today may be my last visit.

Dr. Alex Behar is an excellent doctor, but his front desk help (can't even call them receptionists) are very rude and unprofessional. They never answer the phones and when they do, they place the call on hold and never come back to assist you.

I have been seeing Dr. Couri for 5 years and he's one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I've ever seen. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he truly cares for your well-being.

Poor clinical judgement as shown with inadequate patient assessment, therapy selection, and a lack of monitoring that borders abandonment. He could try to argue any of these points, but that would require talking to his patient.
