I’m deeply disappointed with the care I received at this clinic. I went in about a month ago with clear symptoms of tonsillitis (swollen tonsils, persistent sore throat, and bacterial conjunctivitis). Despite this, they only performed a rapid strep test—which came back negative—and then… nothing. No real diagnosis, no pain relief, and I was simply sent home with an allergy eye drop that was completely useless for my condition. If I could give 10 stars I would. Have visited here twice but on my last visit Claudette at the check in desk was the best, made my visit way easier than expected.
I’ve been here twice now and I think next time I need immediate care I will go elsewhere. I checked in from home and the wait time said 10-20 minutes. I ended up waiting about an hour and half. I had cold symptoms and wanted to rule out Covid and RSV. They refused to give me a Covid test because I did an at home test several days before. And they don’t even offer a test for RSV! They did a flu test (I was pretty sure this wasn’t it bc I got the vaccine) and it came back negative. They just sent me on my way. Total waste of t... read more
