On August 25, 2025, at 9:13 AM, I had an appointment with my doctor. Due to road construction, I arrived 13 minutes late. This rarely happens, as I am normally always on time. I am also aware of Edwards Hospital policy that patients arriving within 15 minutes are still accepted. When I checked in, two receptionists were at the desk. Lack of actual help. Told 2 days isnt long enough to be sick to be diagnosed but should come back after 7 to 10 days. What kind of "care" is that. All together sat with the doctor for no more than 5 minutes but they had no problem charging my insurance for work done. What work?! Disgusting I'll go somewhere else next time. I'd rather drive an extra 45 mins if needed.
The front desk representative was wonderful! The nurse had a negative undertone. Will go to a different provider next time.
