I had a very disappointing experience at this primary care office regarding professionalism and how my situation was handled. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM. I arrived about 12 minutes late due to unexpected weather and traffic, and I was still in line waiting to check in when I was told I would be marked as a missed appointment and needed to reschedule. Best doctors office to go to for my physical appointment every year. Dr Glenn Grobe is awesome and others too.
The clinic I’ve had all through my grade school and high school physicals and where my parents and grandparents sought care let me down today. I needed a physical and a TB blood test (not available at walk in clinic) and the walk in clinic on rt 59 said I need a provider for the TB test and instructed me to schedule a short notice appointment “Find care now” with available Edward providers, specifically for these circumstances (eehealth.org/primarycare). I was at the Edwards hospital for heart surgery, having Midwest Cardiascular Institute & Surgery Associates as Drs. Everyone was so great, so carring, & very nice. Icouldnt have found any better place to go.
